Also the specks of the engine help increase or decrease the value.
Not all M-18's are the same, some have different crankshaft diameters and lengths.
Some have different compression chambers in the heads.
Also, "good compression" is best described with actual numbers.
just like a coat of fresh paint don't make an engine "all overhauled"
