The seller sent a video of the tractor running and one of the tiller running. That's not to say that the tiller belt and pulleys are in good shape. I don't need a mower. Being non-ported is a big deficit.
I will heed the advice the Experts have offered and pass on this tractor. Cubs are rare and expensive here in the north west of Canada. A good, complete runner can sell between $1,000 to $2,500.
