The Ford moto crap filter is longer so you will need to trim the metal shrouding to allow for this additional length.
It has more filter/cooling area and is way less expensive.
Tin snips and a burr or stone on your die grinder makes a craftsman like appearance of the trim job if installed on the engine block.
No mods are necessary if you have a remote filter with lines/hoses.
