Hello,

I have a 38 inch mower deck that came with the 782, I am rebuilding. The deck is the original and in fair to good shape. I have taken it apart. I am getting ready to have it powder coated. I have taken the most of the deck apart, I spend the money to powder coat it white, I have a few questions:

1. I need to replace all of the pulleys for the deck. Are the pulleys available?
2. I also need to replace the tension spring (belt tension spring). Is the spring available?
3. What is the best method a rusted nut on the tensioner arm. It is rusted pretty badly. It looks like there is more hardware on the bolt
than just a nut. this is the bolt that the spring on the tension arm.
4. The Phillips head bolts in the deck are rusted badly. The heads seem to strip easily. How should I remove them? The powder coater
said I could leave them and they will protect the threads when powder coating.
