Got myself a little extra Christmas present. Cabelas was having a sale on the Heritage Rough Rider 22 cal SA so I went out to take a look. I've been missing my Ruger Single Six for 40 years so I figured what the heck. Well the set with the extra Magnum cylinder was already sold out. They said they got 108 in and they were gone the morning of the first day. While waiting for the guy to bring up the single cylinder set I took a look in the used case and there sat one, and it was minty. Long story short, I opted for the used one. Came in the original box with all the paperwork including the original test fired cartridge case and a factory coupon for the Magnum cylinder. The serial number dates it to 2014. I prefer the finish on the older ones. Paid $99. I already changed out the grips for checkered Rosewood grips. The Cocobolo grips were too smooth.
