Well IH had Money Issues Before the UAW strike. The strike was the 2nd Nail In the coffin and then losing Hundreds of Million of dollars each quarter after the 172 day strike In the follow on years was the final Nail In the coffin for IH But had that strike Not Happened You May Not have seen IH sell off Cub Cadet
