Ok so I destroyed my cw-36 the other day when the input pulley came off. So I drive up to PA and scored a nice QA-42 off a 147. It came with a 3.5" speed up pulley that is for a 1/2" belt. Now here is the weird part it was on a PTO that measured the same as mine which I thought was a 3v/vx section because that is what the IH-487043-r1 belt is. My 48" deck belt is a carlisle power wedge 3VX750 that came with the 126. Is there a different PTO that is used with a speed up pulley? Can I use it with the Goodyear Matchmaker A26 belt it came with? The guy I bought it from had gotten the 147 set up this way from the long time 2nd owner. He said that the 2ndPO had been using it this way for years of PA winters.
