Sleeve Hitch Tool Bar Build
The idea of fabbing up a tool bar finally percolated to the surface and into action. Some of the build is a bit overkill, but I use what I have. Some scrounging, cutting, drilling and welding yielded what I think will be a useful tool for both the MF10 and the much heavier and tougher Cub 149.
It mounts on the sleeve hitch in typical fashion. The bar will swivel on a center pivot bolt and can be stopped in several positions to adjust tool angle. It’s also welded offset on the bracket so flipping the whole thing 180 raises or lowers it a difference of two inches.
Next I have to make a hilling attachment and a blade to furrow for planting potatoes.
