Cool!! The IH Service Manual does not show that. That area is in tear down/ inspection.
It's a very thin profile seal so getting a small enough tool, maybe a stout O-ring pick to pry with.
Not much room in the tractor chassis, my guess the pump would come out but a least there's no pump disassembly and with the new style pump mounting gaskets that leak potential is covered.
