If you have good hearing you might be hearing the meter start running when you activate the start switch.
It would be prudent to do some diagnostic work before randomly purchasing parts unless you have unlimited funds to waste.
I just hate to see one fire the parts cannon on something without checking/following process of elimination.
You changed the solenoid, ok why? have you load tested the battery or even put your meter on it? just because it was good several months ago don't necessary mean it has been charging or it went bad, maybe just loose connections or corrosion at the terminals.
You need to explain to the DR. where you hurt and symptoms not just say I think I want my heart replaced because I been feeling bad.

Also certain safety devices need to be activated before modern equipment is allowed to start, like pto switches need be off, clutches need to be pushed in
one has to be sitting in the seat. Etc.etc.
