Thanks for all the input and suggestions.
I have found a Quietline near by. The owner has his own mower repair business and it is behind his shop. He is unsure if it is 1450 or 1650. The side covers have been repainted. Since I do not have the space or tools or desire to restore or rebuild he will only sell it to me if he can get it running and serviceable. It may take him some time, so we will see what comes of it.
I saw one sitting on the back of a lot on the way home from church this morning I need to check out also.
