That fan (which is trashed) sits on top of the pulley that is belt driven from the engine.
The pulley turns the input shaft to the transmission.
Since you have have no motion the pulley must have come off also.
If you take the battery out and remove the battery tray, you can look right down at the top of the transmission and see where the pulley and fan should be (or should have been)
