I guess I was clear as mud, my apology.

What blade and tractor are we referring to here?
A model 401 by chance?
A picture and/or copy of parts page would be quite helpful here.

Tractor is a 1872 and the blade is a modified 54" IH 2 spring w/hydraulic angle. The undercarriage for the IH blade was scrapped and a new (same as) Hayban 401,4 spring undercarriage was built for it. I do have a couple of Hayban Snow Plows w/Hydraulic Angle - Haban Model 190 - 401 - 100.
The link I'm after is maybe 1" wide x 1/4" thick and about 3"-4" long with an offset midway. It serves to tie two points on the rockshaft together so that the roll pins and weld work together to prevent the weld from shearing. I will look some more for the picture Sam Mac posted of it.
