I did clean out the tank. I have had that happen to me with a BX1500. Would run great for days or weeks at a time and then suddenly stall out and have no power. The tank was clean but I decided to flush it out anyway. Found one small leaf in the tank. I figured it would float around harmlessly until it got close to the fuel line and then get sucked over it and kill the engine but would not get sucked into the line or be damaged. Then when you let the tractor sit it would float away to the other side of the tank. Maybe that leaf is why I got a good deal on the tractor from the PO....
Anyway, I was able to run the 1572 for a while this morning bringing firewood up to the house getting ready for the weather here in Maryland and it ran great. I am confident it is fixed now. Thanks!!!
