If the snow blower is a QA36A or QA42A it will fit on either a wide or narrow frame Tractor the Last A Stands for Adjustable I can use My QA36A on either My 106 or 1450 . For the front Blade You need a wide frame Sub frame I am sure Cub Cadet Used Parts(link above) has a wide-frame Blade sub-frame in stock. The tiller will mount right on, But You will need a Longer Belt which is NA from MTD. But CCC specialties(link above) sells a Kit with a newer Belt and Upgraded front pulleys as long as you have the front Mule drive for a wide Frame if the 149 already has a deck with it. Then You have the wide-frame mule drive. Mowing decks I really don't know about as I have never tried my 42 On My 1450 or my 50-inch from the 1450 on the 106. Bet thing I can suggest is try a narrow frame deck and see if it fits
