Sorry to hear about your heart issues, but glad you were able to get some time on the Cub. If you find you need any further assistance with the electrical side of the PTO operation, feel free to reach back out.
The video link I posted a few threads back goes over how the electrical circuit works and may help you determine what your issue is. Were you able to view it?
Based on experience, the most likely cause for the PTO not remaining energized in the center position would be the reverse switch being faulty, followed by a faulty reverse relay. Both of these circuits need to be functional in order for the system to work properly.
