Sounds like you'll need to start checking for voltage. Make sure all checks are made with the key switch in the RUN position and with you sitting in the seat (although that appears it won't matter due to your violet/black jumper). Charge and load test your battery prior to making these checks to make sure you don't have some other supply voltage concern.

You should have 12v+ on the black wire at your relay with the PTO switch in START and ON.

You should have ground AT ALL TIMES on your gray wire at the relay if you are not in reverse, or if the switch has been bypassed.

You should have 12v+ on red/wht with your keyswitch in the RUN position, regardless of PTO switch position.

The brown wire should have 12v+ any time the PTO is requested on, either through the START or ON position.
