No. It would not concern me in the least.

I have a 2 month old XT2 with a Kawasaki and it always requires a little choke it to get it started, even in 90 degree weather. I've been running power equipment all my life and it seems perfectly normal to me.

If the engineers expected it to start without using choke, they would not have put a choke control on it.
