If you wanted to go full exotic and adjustable how about these ideas....
1. weld a trailer jack to each leg, (the kind with wheels would even give you manuverability)
or
2. insert lengths of smaller diameter pipe that would slide into each leg and attach an electric linear actuator to each leg.
