Although I never had the pleasure to meet her personally, we have had many conversations via telephone, and indeed she not only versed on Cubs, but also a lot of industrial/agricultural/life experiences.
I don't know of another lady with that knowledge base.
She is a cool breeze on a hot day compared to today's world of "Karens" and
"entitled" people.
