Welcome to OCC! I have a 1320, same tractor but with a smaller engine. They are alright for cutting grass, and maybe occasionally towing a small cart. Better than any of the modern lawn tractors. Just don’t abuse it and it will be fine. They are pretty easy to work on too, a good one to teach your son with. Post some pictures of it!
