Finally I believe I found the issue!!
I have always suspected the little electric fuel pump was an issue and after all the messing around I have done I decided to replace it with a low cost Amazon pump that looks very similar to the original!! $21.00 with clamps and fuel line!! Installed with minimal fuss and viola!! Works like new. I guess 30 plus years is a pretty good run for that little pump. Now if it goes again a name brand Kabota pump is about $180.00 and I will go that route.
