Not knowing that specific spindle but it looks like unbolt that plate and push out the bearings
Remember when putting in new sealed bearings to remove the inner seal so grease can lube the bearings
There is heaps of info on here about rebuilding and types of bearings for spindles
There is even a You-tube video on how to easily convert a non lube spindle to a lube spindle by installing a grease nipple/zerk
