Exclamation Super Cub rims question

Well I just made a different thread about an exhaust but I figured I should keep this separate. I recently picked up a set of super cub rims for the same 682 I was talking about on the other thread. I was out getting some parts today and asked the guy while I was there about running the super cub rims on my 682. He said 26x12x12s are probably not a good idea when plowing with a brinly plow (like I'm planning on doing), as it will put a lot of wear and tear on the hydro pump, and possibly wreck it. My questions are one, could I run some 24x12x12s without overworking the pump like with the 26s or should I just stick with 23x10.50x12s? And two, would I be able to put super cub front rims with 18x8.50x8 v61s on the front with no modifications? I would really like to run 24s in the rear with the 18s up front, but would like to avoid damaging or needing to modify anything if possible
