Slide a pan under the filter capable of holding a quart, unscrew it with your hand,
if too tight, use a common oil filter wrench.
Replace with proper HYD filter not an OIL filter someone says cross references.
The filter works under suction, not pressure like oil filters do.
Check hyd oil to see if it needs anything added.
