Default Stuck Lift Bracket (1914)

I noticed my deck wasn't floating mid swap (44C --> 54 GT).

Best I can figure is the collar on the lift brkt must be seized to the shaft that goes through both brackets and the frame. Any movement of the cylinder is mimicked by the deck, even though the lift bracket clevis pin isn't touching the lift arm.

I have it soaking with kroil now and verified there's no bolt though the weld nut or anywhere else. Some gently prying/tapping didn't yield anything.
