None of the Cub Cadets are marketed as having a serviceable transmission.
Currently there are not any Cubs with a K58. Your choice in Cub Lawn tractors is a K46.
If you still want to mow 3 acres with a tractor, I would still recommend either the Cub XT2 GX 54D or the Craftsman models I recommended. Those K62s can be refilled through the battery box on the tractors, and the K62 has drain plugs. The K46 does not have a drain plug, and it would have to be removed from the tractor to drain, or you could get an electric extractor pump to drain from the fill hole.
Look for a used Cub Cadet XT3 GS, GSE, or GSX, or look for a used John Deere X300 series with a K58 or a John Deere X500—all have serviceable K72s, and all X500s have hydraulic power steering and hydraulic lift except for the X500, X520, or X570 models with manual steering and foot Pedal manual spring-assist lift.
Or Look for a Cub Cadet Zero turn with at Least hydro-gear ZT2800 TRANSMISSIONS I would suggest a steering wheel Model
