It looks like you have a model 100 with the wide tire option, also know as flotation tires or turf tires. It looks like the tractor itself is pretty much all there except for the grill, but there are no implements and no mower deck. Not knowing if it runs or not, I would offer $200 for it as it. If it runs at all and moves/stops under it's own power, I would offer $300. If it runs and drives well, I'd go a little higher. ...but I'm a sucker for old American iron that looks cool.
It looks like you have an original seat and it looks like the hood is not rotted nor worn. That makes it a good candidate for a restoration.
Since I don't need another one, and we are not close enough for shipping to be reasonable, my numbers are only theoretical. I'm not actually looking to buy another tractor
I just bought a good running 122 with a mower deck for $550, so that is what I would consider to be the value if it were fixed up with a deck on it.
A brand new modern tractor with a deck at my local Home Depot is around $2k these days.
If you want to box up the seat & ship it to me, I would give you $50 for it, but I would rather see you sell the entire tractor to someone who is going to restore it
