The handle on a WF creeper is longer, and the hole for the roll pin that holds on the shift fork is at an angle with the handle part. On a NF creeper, the handle is shorter, and that roll pin hole lines up with the handle.

The WF and NF 3-points are different. The only piece that is the same between the two is the lower bracket.

The electric lifts are weaker and have expensive and potentially hard-to-find parts. The NF hydraulic lift also has some commonly-broken parts that are difficult to find. The WF on up hydraulic lift uses the charge pump on the hydro, and is quite robust and reliable and has a higher lift capacity.
