tightened
I tightened up those chain adjusters. The chain is tight, but it moves freely and the shaft does and the wobbling stopped.
you can still slide the transfer shaft from side to side if you grip it tight and pull it over, but it does not seem to be rubbing on that sprocket bracket.
I probably need to replace it and those needle bearings, but if it will just work long enough for the snow tomorrow night, I'll be happy.
now the question is how to get it all off.
