Default Where to buy Wheels?

I bought a newer Cub Cadet 15 cu.ft. cart this fall. The hub on one wheels has bent causing the hole to be too big foe the bearing. I bought a bearing with a larger O.D., but this is only a temporary fix. I figure that the hub hole will continue to deform with use. The wheel is a 4.00 X 8. The axle is 3/4". The tire size is 16x4.00-8. I have been searching all over the net and Ebay looking for a replacement wheel and haven't found much. Most I find are wheelbarrow wheels. I have attached a picture of the wheel.
I am also thinking of changing to a narrow front tire/wheel on my 125. I suppose I could use the wide tractor fronts on the cart if I found replacement wheels for the tractor.
Thanks,
Steve
