I spent a few hours working on the 71/cc36 thrower. I realligned the drive belt as it was off camber, took gearbox off to reset pulley and repacked gears with grease. Got a #40 chain from Napa, 10' for $30
. I'll be able to do several throwers with that much chain, good deal, and seems to be of high quality, we'll see
. Didn't have a big enough chain breaker so I angle grinded the pin off one side and hit it out with a punch pin. Came out well and will be putting it to the test as they're calling for upwards of 18" of snow by thursday morning
