forsure i have no idea ....the reason i think it is factory is because #1 it is all the same faded yellow as the rest of the tractor even the nut and washer that is behind the regulator mounting plate under the hood ..2nd your have to remove regulator and regulator mounting plate to remove it from the tractor .....but like i said i have no clue ....
