I had the same thing happen to me. what i did was is bought a 3in 7/8d pulley from TSC got a 30in belt there that is 1/2 belt. and a key way. Then get a can of EZ-silde there and spay the inside of the shoot. Mine is on my 1812 and thows about 20ft.
