Default Help with QA42A Snow Blower Auger Bearing Replacement
Looking for some advice on how to efficiently remove and replace the bearings on my QA42A snow blower auger. Have new bearings, locking collar, and housings but would like some advice before I start. Especially need an understanding of how to get the auger assembly out of the blower housing.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

I am using the QA42A on a 1979 IH 1650...the blower is from 1973 and I believe it will be the first time the bearings have been replaced.
