I have a neighbor that has a small garden tractor with a loader sitting outside. I don't know the make of the tractor. However, I do know this guy will not sell it. He says that it needs the steering fixed. Since I've asked him about it, he has purchased a larger tractor with a cab and loader. He wants to fix it and take it to his cabin.

Just keep "inquiring" about it every once in a while. He may eventually sell it to ya, especially since he got a different one with a cab. Also keep your eyes peeled for a Johnson, Kwikway, etc. on a different brand tractor. They could be modified to fit a Cub Cadet. Stay away from the green painted ones. Those are usually made of gold if ya know what I mean (ka-ching)

Thanks for all the comments guys. Really itching to get it outside to move around some dirt, err, mud
