2 sets of set screws is the norm. I just got a sweet email from a local guy up here in VT! He's got a 147 hood for $20, a pulley/pto basket for $20 and a seat off a 104(the white rubber with blue edging). Don't know the $ on the seat yet, also has a NF creeper for $175, pretty banging deals!!

Question: Would the 104's seat be correct on the 124?? I thought I saw a 124 with that seat on it??
