Best thing you can do is buy a set of plans from PF Engineering. They have all the needed infomation and tricks to build a loader that will take abuse. The cost will vary from $1200 to $2000 depending on what pump, control set up and how much hose or tubing you use. The above price includes modified hubs/rims on the front axle.
The plans can be resold when you are done to help offset cost.
