I don't think the PTO's are too bad to remove if it is like I think. If is on the bottom attached to the crankshaft, all you will have to do is remove the LONG bolt that runs up thru it into the crank. An electric impact works nicely for this. Make sure the wire plug is disconnected. It is heavy and will need support as you remove the bolt.
