OK, so i swapped a new battery in it and gave it a shot of starting fluid and she starts right up after sitting since at least summer. No Smoke. PTO switch is either bad or disconnected, did not have time to look at it this morning, had to work. Hydro lift lever is stuck; it will not move and I do not want to force it. She runs smoothly in forward and reverse. Man that 16hp sounds good! Took a while to get used to using the forward/reverse lever rather than the foot pedal on my JD.
Any thoughts on the lift lever is appreciated, I have never owned one before and it may be awhile before I can diagnose.
