I plow it fall and spring, then go over it with an Agri-Fab cultivator. Once I'm ready to plant some rows, I'll bring out the 123/tiller.

(I just haul the water in 5-gal. buckets. Some day, I'll rig up a pump to be able to send the water up the hill through a hose.)
