The garden and soil look fantastic! Maybe you could use an old sump pump and find a long length of old, used pool hose to irrigate your garden. Hauling buckets of water to the garden reminds of what I did in the family garden years ago. I had to have it all done by the time my dad got home from work. We also had an old Fraser rototiller that was just awesome, but I never got to use it...was stuck using the Western Auto front tine tiller.
