Can you just drill 3 new holes between the ones that are torn out?
Unless there are additional items that attach and have to be in a certain clocked position.
If it were mine, I would weld them up with the Act/oxy welding torch with a #1 tip and problem solved.
---but not everyone has a gas rig.
I also like the idea of a backup ring from the bearing flangette,
making it stronger than origionally.
