Check to see if the float lock out pin is installed. it's a pin that goes threw # 22 on your diagram. If it is installed you it will actually put down pressure on your mowing deck and maybe thats why the cam lock stop knobs keeps moving on you because the hydro cylinder is pushing on it. You don't want to mow with the float lock out pin installed, the only time that you want to use it is if you want to have down pressure on a grader/snow blade.
