Randy,
I've seen a couple of Kohler Commands in narrow frames at NQS events. Sorry, no pictures though. I'm not sure what model they were. The main idea is to compare the distances of the crankshaft centerline to the bottom of the engine mounting surfaces between the original engine and the new engine. This will give you an idea of how much lower the engine cradle needs to be. Good luck with your project.
