Were any of the early Cub Cadets painted red from the factory? I know some later ones were red, but I thought that all of the earlier ones were white and yellow?

Also, if I repaint this tractor, should I paint the engine yellow or black? Is there any "accepted" way to repaint a replacement engine when restoring a tractor?
