OK I got the shoes back on and down in my "office" and yup... still got the '62 vintage  That's some good stuff. Oh well, unless she wants to break down and buy me another pair.... I did not try coke by itself, I may try that tomorrow, maybe the coke/simple green together counteracted.... I gotta say, I've been on "restrictive duty" this week due to having surgery last Friday and I've about went crazy. I don't know whether it's sad or joyous that the highlight of my week has been trying to get the funk out of a pair of shoes!
And for the wife, ya... she's the athlete in the family. I played baseball and basketball in school, but she was on scholarship for basketball in college and also ran cross country.
