Looking at your pic, without some modifications, that plow will not work on your 149. The hitch looks to hook to the sears tractor differently, the one for a cub (using a brinly adapter) will have the hitch pin sitting straight up and down, the one on this plow looks to attach side to side. You may be able to get a new hitch for this plow, some of the sponsors carry brinly plow hitches, perhaps you could just change the hitch.
To use a plow behind your 149, you will need a cub sleeve hitch (an oem option from IH), and a brinly adapter. They do make an aftermarket 3 point hitch for the 149, but it is pretty pricey, and 3 point implements are usually higher priced than their brinly adapter counter parts.
