Air impact may be the way to go. I used this technique last sunday on the center spindle top (grease fitting nut) on a 102 mower deck. It came right out.
Yes it is a standard right hand thread as far as I know thats assuming that the deck spindle is the same on a 1450 deck as other.

Do you like the 1450? I have my eye on a 1450 that is setting in a barn needs lots of TLC. Current owner says it runs but has no reverse? It has wheel weights and mower deck too. Any idea what its worth?
