Bought my 122 with the 38" deck only for $300. It runs great and everything on it was original, right down to the Starter belt. I recently saw one listed on Craigslist in SW Iowa that came with a deck, blade, and snowthrower for $500. Thought it was a bit low for that package. No idea about the tractor's condition. I'd say $1200 is high.
